Eastern Sirens Social Sync classes are all about fun, fitness and trying something new - no experience needed! Move to music, build confidence in the water and connect with an amazing community.
These classes will start simple and build up on skills. In each class we will put together what we have learnt to a piece of music. This class will be held in shallow water with the option of moving to slightly deeper water as you build confidence.
