Reimagining Your Workforce: Inclusion, Support and Retention
Next date: Wednesday, 27 May 2026 | 09:30 AM
to 12:00 PM
Are you a business owner, HR professional, manager or someone passionate about building a thriving, inclusive workplace? If you want to attract and retain top talent, boost productivity and create an environment where every team member feels valued and supported, this event is for you!
This is your opportunity to learn directly from national thought leaders and local experts about the real impact of workplace inclusion.
Did you know?
- Neurodivergence affects one in five Australians. That means in every workplace, there are talented individuals who may be masking their differences or going undiagnosed and as a result, not reaching their full potential.
- Many employers are unaware that their teams already include neurodivergent staff who could thrive with just a few simple changes in the workplace.
- Inclusive practices do more than support individuals. They unlock higher productivity, greater loyalty, and improved innovation for your entire business.
In this workshop you will:
- Hear expert insights from leaders in workplace inclusion and mental health.
- Receive practical strategies for supporting neurodiversity and mental health in the workplace.
- Hear the business case for inclusion: Neurodivergent employees are 48 per cent better at pattern recognition, 92 per cent more productive in matched roles and significantly more loyal.
- Receive actionable takeaways that you can implement immediately at no cost.
