Pregnancy and early motherhood can be a time of deep change, but for many women it is also a time marked by isolation, uncertainty, and a lack of support.

At The Babes Project, we exist to ensure women do not have to navigate this season alone.

We provide long-term, trauma-aware perinatal support from pregnancy through to a baby’s first birthday. Our program includes antenatal and early parenting support and education, life skills workshops, social groups and help to connect with essential services. Through our incentive program, women can also access practical items for their baby such as new cots, prams and carseats as they engage in health and support services that prepare them for motherhood.

Everything we do is focused on building confidence, strengthening capacity, and supporting women to create safe and nurturing environments for their babies.
