Movement and Positive Ageing Expo

This free indoor expo is a great way for Maroondah residents aged 50 and over to find out more about local venues, clubs, organisations and supports available in Maroondah.

Participate in introductory sessions covering a wide range of opportunities, interests and physical activities. Sport and group activities are a great way to meet new people, explore new interests, and discover ways to enhance your life and develop our resilience to remain happy, healthy and productive as you age. Join in or spectate - it’s up to you! Comfortable clothes and shoes are encouraged for participation in some activities, but not essential.

Enjoy live ambient music and free delicious snacks as you find out more about positive ageing in and around Maroondah. Visit our stallholders for your chance to win a prize, including a free barista-made coffee.

• Come and try low impact and walking sports: Golf, pickleball, cricket, table tennis, martial arts, plus much more!
