Our team

Kater (she/her) - Youth Development Worker

Kater from Youth Services

Kater is available for catch-ups with our young people via referral to our Youth Support Service, she co-leads the Maroondah Youth Wellbeing Advocates program. Proudly neurodivergent, Kater is passionate about accessibility and inclusion and loves hearing people share their special interests. Outside of work, Kater enjoys board games, cozy retro video games, photography, crafts and playing drums. A big fan of comedy and 90’s rock and metal, Kater also has a soft spot for fluffy animals, and even lawn maintenance and power washing!

Marcus (he/him) - Youth Development Worker

Marcus from Youth Services
Marcus oversees the drop-in program EV’s Hangout and is available for catch-ups with young people via referral to our Youth Support Service.

When he is not at work, you will find Marcus watching movies, playing videogames, listening to music, or designing movie posters for independent filmmakers.

Nat (she/her) - Coordinator Youth and Childrens Services

Nat from Youth Services
Nat oversees the Youth and Childrens Services team and supports the team to achieve positive outcomes for young people, children and families.

Nat is a kind, warm and approachable human who always makes people feel safe and heard. She has two young people of her own that she loves to spend time with seeing live music and shows, going on adventures and visiting places that they haven’t been before.

Rachelle (she/her) - Youth Projects and Partnerships Lead

Rachelle from Youth Services
Rachelle delivers a range of different projects for young people.

A connoisseur of donuts, you will find Rachelle hiking a mountain, listening to a murder mystery podcast, or finding a new way to challenge herself.
