GameDev.exe is a free, interactive event for young people interested in games and how they’re made. Join us for a fun, hands-on day where you can explore the world of game development, meet industry professionals and play a range of games.

The event will feature the following:

• Hear from the experts - talks from game industry professionals about how games are created and careers in the industry
• Make your own game - try block coding and build a simple game, no experience needed
• Play and explore - a gaming space with modern consoles and retro arcade machines
• Free bubble tea and chill-out space
• Board games and more!

Whether you're starting your game development journey, an experienced developer or just love to play video games, GameDev.exe will have something for you.

• Cost: Free
• Ages: All ages (under 12s to be supervised by an accompanying adult)
• Bookings are essential
