- Carparking alterations to offset parking space loss, retaining the same quantity of carparking spaces.
- Construction of new traffic island separators with enhanced garden bed planting.
- Footpath widening along the Coles western frontage to facilitate improved pedestrian connectivity.
- Construction of eleven raised tree pits within the carpark modules to improve streetscape amenity and provide future tree canopy cover.
- Updated linemarking of the parking modules, including accessible parking bays.
- Removal of two trees with poor life expectancy, as advised by Council arborists following tree assessment.
- Application of a new asphalt surface and linemarking.
These works will address the deteriorated road condition and pedestrian connectivity within the carpark.
