As works progress on the Croydon Community Wellbeing Precinct (CCWP) project, there will be changes to how you access nearby facilities and navigate footpaths and trails.

Find services and facilities

  • Whilst works are underway there is currently no access to the former site of the EV's building, The Cottage building (being retained) and Keystone Hall (ground works underway).
  • Services continue and access remains unchanged for Aquahub, Maternal and Child Health Centre, Croydon Central Kindergarten, Maroondah Education and Care, Maroondah Youth Services, Council Customer Service Centre and Croydon Library.
  • Maroondah Community Assist, Meals on Wheels and U3A Croydon are currently located at 7 Civic Square.
  • The Croydon Senior Citizens and Croydon RSL are currently located at 15 Civic Square.
  • The Croydon Bowls Club lawns remain unchanged and clubhouse access is located at 3 Civic Square.

Public accessible toilets

A temporary public accessible toilet is available whilst works are underway, located to the south of the former Keystone Hall building.

This toilet is open from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week (closes at 9pm during daylight saving hours).

Changeroom facilities for local sporting groups

Temporary changeroom facilities are available to the south of the former Keystone Hall building. These are available via agreement only with local sporting groups and not for public use.

Footpath and trail access to nearby community and shopping precincts

Some footpaths around the CCWP precinct may be closed or inaccessible during certain phases of works. Detours are in place. More information will become available as the project progresses.

Playground access

The playground opposite Maroondah Education and Care may need to be temporarily closed during certain phases of works. More information will be available as the project progresses. Council is continuing to work closely with any effected local groups or organisations as part of the CCWP project.
