The playspace at Croydon Park Z Space will be renewed in April 2026.

As part of Council’s 25/26 Capital Works program, Council will undertake renewal works at Croydon Park Z Space.

The new playspace will provide inclusive structural play elements that promote physical activity, social interactions, problem solving, safe risk taking, lead and follow, inclusion, cooperation and sharing.

About the project

Features will include:

  • One main play unit which will include three slides (1 x toddler, 1 x junior, 1 x double wide senior) and an assortment of elements suitable for junior and teenage play.
  • One spider climber and one rope traverse.
  • Three upper body elements including a rockwall, challenge ladder and track slide.
  • Standalone inclusive atlas spinner.

The playspace renewal is due to commence from April 2026 and works are scheduled to take 8 weeks, subject to contractor and material availability.
