Community Display Site

 Community groups are invited to showcase their products and services by having a display site.

Community Food Site

Community organisations are invited to host a food or drinks stall as a fundraising opportunity.

Community Food sites are allocated via an internal ballot which will be conducted by Maroondah City Council. Groups will only be granted one site each but may apply for up to three sites to ensure a better chance of selection. The group will be allocated the first site their name is selected against and their name will be withdrawn from any further ballot. The site numbers will be drawn at random. This ballot will be conducted internally at Maroondah City Council under supervision of Maroondah City Council Representatives. In the case where only one group applies for a particular site, it shall be allocated to that group without a ballot. If a site does not receive any applications then it may be offered for ballot again to unsuccessful groups. Council reserves the right to sell the site to a commercial trader if no community interest for the site can be found.

Business Site

Local businesses are invited to set up a stall to promote their products and services.

Market Stall

Market and Artisan Businesses are invited to attend, offering a diverse range of handcrafted gems and wares, jewellery, clothing, home décor as well as delicious homemade cakes, condiments and gourmet delights, and more.

Commercial Food/Beverage Stall

Food trucks, food vendors, coffee and beverage operators invited to attend.

Stage Performance / Demonstrations

Performance times will be available on multiple stages and demonstrations spaces across the Festival Site.

Commercial food vendor

Commercial Food/Coffee Site (Powered)  

• $460 Inc GST

This is a basic site with access to power (max 1 x 15 Amp). Additional power will be charged at $60 per 15 Amp.

Commercial Food/Coffee Site (Non-powered)

• $400 Inc GST

This is a basic site without access to power. (Please note that external generators are not permitted, only food trucks with internal generators). 

Business Site/Market Stall/Artisan Site

Commercial Business Marquee Site     

• $450 Inc GST

This is a 3m x 3m marquee that can be located in your relevant area. Includes one trestle table and one chair, power is available at an additional cost of $60 plus GST per 15amp.

Double - Commercial Business Marquee Site  

• $900 Plus GST

This is a 6m x 3m marquee site that can be located in your relevant area. Includes one trestle table and one chair, power is available at an additional cost of $60 plus GST per 15amp.

Craft Market Stall - (space only)  

• $130 Inc GST

This is a basic 3m x 3m site (does not include marquee, furniture or power).

Double - Craft Market Stall - (space only) 

• $260 Plus GST

This is a basic 6m x 3m site (does not include marquee, furniture or power).

Artisan Market - (space only)

(reserved for items including food that are handmade)

Double - Artisan Market - (space only)

Community organisation display/cultural area

Community marquee

• $100

This is a shared Community Marquee within the Community Expo.

Each group will have a 2m wide x 3m deep space. Includes one trestle table and one chair. No power.

Static site

• $50

This is a 3m x 3m with no infrastructure, in the relevant area. No power.

Fun and Fitness 'Activity Area'

• $100

Space in Aquahub (as per activity requirements). Includes a trestle table and display board. No power. Open to associations and clubs within Maroondah only.
