How to get involved

Town Park, Croydon will come to life on Sunday 8 November from 10am to 4pm for our annual Maroondah Festival.

Maroondah Festival is an exciting opportunity to bring the community together to celebrate with a diverse program of entertainment and activities for people of all ages and interests.

We are inviting businesses and organisations to participate in Maroondah Festival 2026 by hosting a food site, business and market site, display, stage performance or workshop/activity.

Sponsorship opportunities

Apply now to sponsor a fantastic community event. As a Festival sponsor your brand will be seen on various elements of the event, including promotional activities, reaching over 25,000 attendees.

Community Sites

Opportunities for Community Groups:

  • Promotional stalls. Share information about your organisation and services.
  • Fundraising stalls. Engage the community while raising funds for your cause.
  • Food stalls and cooking demonstrations. Showcase traditional cuisines and culinary skills.
  • Cultural performances. Present music, dance, or other performances that reflect your heritage.
  • Interactive workshops. Conduct activities like dance, art, or craft workshops to engage attendees.

Opportunities for Local Businesses:

  • Exhibitor stalls. Promote your products and services to a broad audience.
  • Sponsorship packages. Enhance your brand visibility through various sponsorship opportunities.
  • Interactive activities. Engage festival-goers with interactive displays or demonstrations.

Opportunities for Market Stalls:

Market and Artisan Businesses are invited to attend, offering a diverse range of handcrafted gems and wares, jewellery, clothing, home décor as well as delicious homemade cakes, condiments and gourmet delights, and more.

Performers

Opportunities for Performers:

Soloists, cultural groups, bands (all genres including contemporary and concert/brass band), children’s entertainers and roving entertainers are invited to apply. There are opportunities on the main stage, community stage, and kids' stage plus a number of demonstration areas including the Fun and Fitness area and Cooking Demonstration Stage.
