Testimonials from past participants

“I signed up my brother, 57, (who) has a long history of anxiety and depression. Every part of TLP was wonderful. I can see how much my brother needs every concept. I could not be more grateful for this training. I felt helpless before. Now hopeful. Everyone should complete this course.”

“I had great chats with my sons (11 and 14). They made fun of certain parts, but we all connected and discussions were meaningful.”

“I would tell my 7 year old boy my tasks for each session and he would try to do them as well. He particularly liked the compliment to someone each day. Every day he would come home from school and ask me ‘did you say your nice thing…..I did’. It was beautiful to see the effect and how happy it made him and also kept me accountable!!”

“My dad passed away a year ago. It’s been very difficult to process, especially whilst looking after my 1 year old daughter. I’ve taken the time to grieve, and the Lift project was a great part of my healing journey. It was perfect, as it focused on improving my mental health, which helps tremendously to process the grief.”
