The Great Southern Bioblitz is a global citizen science event that encourages the community to get involved in documenting wild flora and fauna over a four day period, to help scientists better understand and protect our environment.
Come explore, discover and learn about the rich biodiversity that Maroondah is home to.
To take part in the Great Southern Bioblitz, simply use iNaturalist to record observations in your backyard, your street, your local park or creek anytime during the four days of the challenge.
