Eastfield Park

Eastfield Park is a large park with an oval, pavilion, playground, separate and fully fenced dog park, and walking trails that run throughout the park.

While the dog park is an off-leash area, dogs must be kept on-leash at all times in all other areas of Eastfield Park.

The park connects to the Tarralla Creek Trail

For exercise enthusiasts, the oval boundary measures approximately 360m.

Enhancing Eastfield Park

Following the development of an initial draft enhancement plan for Eastfield Park, feedback was sought from the community.

This first round of community consultation on the draft enhancement plan has now closed. Thank you to those of you who have shared your views, comments, and concerns. Your feedback will play a valuable role in the further development of the draft plan.

Eastfield Dog Park

Eastfield Dog Park is at the front of Eastfield Park on Eastfield Road, Croydon, next to the playground.

The dog park includes:

  • a fully fenced area with double gated entrances
  • time out zone for young/quieter dogs
  • rock mounds
  • sand pits
  • agility equipment
  • seating
  • drinking fountain
  • bins and bag dispensers
  • extensive screen planting.

Rules to remember

Rules to remember when choosing to visit a dog park:

  • Ensure your dog is under constant supervision and voice control.
  • Ensure your dog is vaccinated and over 6 months old.
  • Bring no more than two dogs.
  • Only bring hidden dog treats – no other food is allowed.
  • Don’t bring young children into the park.
  • Once outside the dog park, please have your dog on a leash.
