About the presenter

Dr Amelia Harray is a nutritionist (AN), dietitian (AdvAPD) and clinical researcher in plastics and human health (PhD). She translates nutrition science into practical strategies that support energy, gut health and long-term wellbeing, with a focus on simple habits that busy people can stick to.
