These fees apply to permits and approvals for works that affect roads or Council infrastructure.

Construction zone

These fees apply to permits for occupying part of a road or footpath to support construction works.

Drainage and service connections

These fees apply to permits for connecting to Council drainage or service infrastructure.

  • Retrospective fee applies when works have already occurred.

Temporary storage container

These fees apply to permits for placing temporary storage containers on Council land.

  • Bond retained until works are complete.

Traffic management

These fees apply to permits for managing traffic or pedestrian safety during works on Council-owned roads, footpaths or naturestrips.

*Time range increase is when the approved number of days moves into the next time range. For example, if your permit is approved for 1 to 3 days and you change it to 11 to 20 days, the approved days move through two time ranges. You will be charged:

  • base amendment fee, and
  • additional amendment fee × 2 (one for each time range increase)

Vehicle crossing

These fees apply to approvals and permits for constructing, modifying or temporarily installing vehicle crossings.

  • Retrospective fee applies when works have already occurred.
