Accessibility at Maroondah Festival
Maroondah Festival aims to be accessible and welcoming for everyone in our community. To help you plan your visit, we've provided information on accessible parking, toilets and changing facilities, mobility charging, quiet spaces, and other support services available across the festival.

Parking
Toilets and changing facilities
- Accessible toilets are located at Aquahub, Hub B and Croydon Library. Please note that due to high visitation at Aquahub during the festival, there may be a wait to access these facilities. Please see Aquahub reception for assistance.
- Two accessible change rooms designed for people with a severe or profound disability and their carers are available inside Aquahub. Features include a ceiling hoist system and a height-adjustable adult-sized change bench. Due to high visitation at Aquahub during the festival, there may be a wait to access these facilities. Please see Aquahub reception for assistance.
Additional facilities and services
- An electric mobility vehicle charging station is available at the main Information Tent.
- Quiet Room: Located in the Glenn Frost Room, next to Croydon Library, the Quiet Room provides a calm and welcoming space away from the buzz of the festival. With comfortable seating and a low-stimulation environment, visitors can take a break and recharge before returning to the festivities. All visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The Quiet Room is not a social space or children's play area.
