Can I bring my dog with me to Maroondah Festival?
Please note, for the safety and comfort of all attendees and your pets, Maroondah Festival is a dog-free event.
While we love our furry friends, we ask that you leave them at home this time.
Accredited assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome and permitted to attend in accordance with relevant legislation.
See the off-lead dog parks in Maroondah, and check out the many beautiful walking trails in your local area that your pet will love.
Where can I get information during the festival?
Visit any Information Tent for maps, directions, child safety wristbands, Festival Trail information, accessibility information and general assistance.
Where can I find market stalls?
Artisan Market stalls are located throughout the festival site. Visit the
Online Festival Guide to explore market stallholders before you arrive.
Families and children
What free kids rides are on offer?
Free kids rides will be located on and or around the Fred Geale Oval including a mini ferris wheel, chair-o-plane, inflatable jumping castle, giant slide.
What will be available for lost children at Maroondah Festival
Free child safety wristbands are available from any Information Tent and within the Goodstart Kids Kingdom area. Simply add your mobile number to the wristband to help our team quickly reunite you and your child if you become separated.
If a child becomes lost, please visit the nearest Information Tent.
Where will the nursing mums and baby change area be located at Maroondah Festival?
A dedicated parents' room with baby changing facilities is available in the Community Hub.

Where can I find food vendors?
Food vendors are located throughout the festival site. Visit the Online Festival Guide to browse food and drink options and find vendors that suit your dietary requirements.
Where will the public toilets be located at Maroondah Festival?
Public toilets are available at Aquahub, the Community Hub and Croydon Library.
Health and safety
Where will first-aid be available at Maroondah Festival?
First-aid will be available at Community Hub.
Where will Police be located at Maroondah Festival?
Police will be located on Civic Drive West, in front of Aquahub.
Where can I find sunscreen at Maroondah Festival?
Free sunscreen is available from Information Tents, Council activations and the Goodstart Kids Kingdom area.

Where are the rides and showbags at Maroondah Festival?
Side Show, Carnival Games and Thrill Rides are located in the Carnival/Amusement Area in front of Aquahub.
How do I buy an unlimited rides wristband
Unlimited ride wristbands are available online before the festival and include unlimited rides from 10am to 4pm. Ride tokens can also be purchased on the day.

What entertainment is available?
Maroondah Festival features live entertainment across multiple stages, including the Main Stage, Community Stage, Goodstart Kids Stage, Youth Stage, Cooking Stage, Cultural Demo Space and Sporting Demo Space.

Accessibility
Is there a Quiet Room?
Yes. A Quiet Room is available in the Glenn Frost Room next to Croydon Library for visitors who may need a calm, low-stimulation space during the festival. See more on our Accessibility at Maroondah Festival webpage.
What accessibility options are available at Maroondah Festival?
Accessible parking is available at Norton Road. An electric mobility vehicle charging station is available at the main Information Tent.
Accessible toilets are located at Aquahub, Community Hub and Croydon Library.
Please note that due to high visitation at Aquahub during the festival, there may be a wait to access these facilities. Please see Aquahub reception for assistance.
Two accessible change rooms designed for people with a severe or profound disability and their carers are available inside Aquahub. Features include a ceiling hoist system and a height-adjustable adult-sized change bench.
