Be Kind Maroondah

 Be kind Maroondah

As we all start to return to the ‘new norm’, it is more important than ever that we be kind to ourselves, to others and to our businesses.

Did you know that one act of kindness each day can reduce stress, anxiety and depression? According to The Australian National University almost 1 in 2 Australians are more stressed due to COVID-19 so now’s the time to take action and look after your mental wellbeing.

Get involved

We’d love you to join some of our community initiatives. You can also tell us about a community project, activity or event that you’re running that relates to our Be Kind Maroondah campaign so we can support your project and include it to our current initiatives section for others to see. Please email the details to Fiona Burridge, Be Kind Maroondah Facilitator at fiona.burridge@maroondah.vic.gov.au or call 9294 5737.
