Programs that have proven popular with our community may be run on a regular basis.

Mental Health First Aid training

Mental Health First Aid training is facilitated by a qualified instructor from Mental Health First Aid Australia.

In this training you will to learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of various mental health concerns and the possible causes or risk factors as well as how to provide initial support.

Mindful walking

Did you know that mindful walking can help reduce stress and anxiety while improving sleep, overall mood and is great for mental wellbeing? Join us on a quiet walk through serene bushland and learn some of the important practices of mindfulness.
