Council have completed maintenance works at the bike jumps at HE Parker in October 2022.

Works information

The bike jumps at HE Parker Reserve are located next to Maroondah Nets netball stadium. They will be inspected and maintained by Council going forward.

Maintenance of these bike jumps are planned to:

  • remove elements of the jumps that are unsafe including gap jumps
  • fill in table tops and fix berms
  • improve the safety of the jumps
  • enhance the usability of the jumps

Community consultation for renewed bike jumps

Consultation with the community to design and construct new bike jumps at HE Parker Reserve are planned for the 2023/2024 financial year. 

Bike jump users and bike enthusiasts will be able to provide their feedback on the project during the design and construction stage.

More information will become available in 2023.

Revegetation at Bungalook Creek

Melbourne Water is currently undertaking a project to revitalise the Bungalook Creek area. These significant works, located on State government owned land, are underway to stabilise the creek bed and enhance habitat values to the Bungalook Creek area.
