Works to redevelop Griff Hunt Pavilion have been completed.

The upgrades made to this facility include the addition of female friendly change rooms, renovation of the multipurpose space, improvements to accessibility as well as the installation of a new roof and exterior renovations.

New sportsfield lighting has also been installed, lighting the whole reserve area.

The reserve is home to the Maroondah Rugby Club and Maroondah United Football Club.
