IT Assisted Practice

Do you have a particular IT problem you need help with, or want to go over something from your class in more detail? Perhaps setting up an email account or support navigating online government services, learning certain apps or video conferencing, or if you have one of our Loan Devices do you need help setting it up?

Whatever your needs are, we welcome you to come along for a one-on-one session with our tutor.

Anyone may book 40 minutes one-on-one sessions, and you can book in for multiple sessions as needed. Students may have use of the computer room, the computers and support one another from 9.30am to 12:30pm on these days, with the one-on-one sessions being held at one end of the room.

These sessions can be booked at $10/session and must be booked in advance as only 4 sessions will be made available each week on both Wednesday and Thursday. You may book in for 4 sessions at a time. These sessions are FREE to current computer students, but bookings are still required.
