Maroondah Festival 2023 took place on:

  • Date: Sunday 12 November
  • Time: 10am to 4pm
  • Venue: Town Park, Croydon

The family-friendly festival will include:

  • live music
  • thrill rides
  • kids kingdom and free rides
  • food trucks
  • market stalls
  • come and try sports
  • café consult

In the interest of public safety, the Maroondah Festival is an alcohol, smoke and dog free event.

First Aid at Maroondah Festival 

St John Ambulance will be located at Keystone Hall during Maroondah Festival 2023.  

Information and event assistance  

Visit the Information Tent located close to the Main Stage and Keystone Hall for general event information or council related queries.

Friendly event staff are also located across the event, they can be easily spotted in a fluro vest. 

Denso Sensory Space 

Located in Glen Frost room next to the Croydon Library, this quieter area provides low stimuli for people seeking a sensory reprieve. All visitors under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst in the space. 

Please Note: The Sensory Space is not a social space or children's play area.

Parking

To ensure, hassle free access to the Festival, make sure you Park 'n' Ride or Travel 'n' Ride.  

  • A continuous free shuttle service will operate from Eastfield Park and Croydon Train Station.  
  • Alternatively, you can try Park 'n' Walk from Eastfield Park to the Festival, only a 2-kilometre stroll. 

Visit Public Transport Victoria to plan your journey to Festival using public transport. 

Accessibility

  • Accessible parking is available at Norton Road.
  • An electric mobility vehicle charging station is located at the Information Tent. 
  • Marveloo is a mobile Changing Places toilet designed for people with severe or profound disability and their carers. The additional features include a tracking hoist system and height-adjustable adult-size change bench. Marveloo will be located on the east side of Keystone Hall.
