Recently approved amendments

  • The Victorian State Government has approved Amendment C153maro, which made procedural changes to the Maroondah Planning Scheme which were identified in the 2024 Maroondah Planning Scheme Review. It has also approved Amendment C162maro, which reversed two mapping changes that were included in C153maro in error.
  • Amendment C148maro - Maroondah-wide Heritage Amendment
  • The Victorian State Government has approved a number of changes to planning schemes across Victoria in recent months. More information can be found on the State Government’s Planning website.
