Due to popular demand a second presentation of Being a Business Minded Artist will be offered by local, contemporary artist Rona Green at Wyreena Community Arts Centre on Saturday 30 May.

Rona will share practical information and advice about the fundamentals of building a successful arts business. Topics will include, growing your audience, discovering opportunities and approaches to exhibiting, generating income, and establishing genuine connections within the art world.

Whether you're just starting out or already on your way, this discussion-based workshop will offer clear, accessible guidance for you to adapt to your own path.

You'll leave with valuable know-how, resource handouts and the confidence to take your next steps as an effective working artist. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from a respected local artist and connect with others in your community.

About the artist

Rona Green is an award-winning artist and educator with over thirty years of professional experience. Rona is represented by Australian Galleries - Melbourne & Sydney and Penny Contemporary in Hobart. Rona has exhibited broadly and has work held in seventy institutional and public art collections.
